Multi-location Brand Accounts
Our new multi-location brand accounts allow you to manage all of your locations in one place, providing great support to our franchise and enterprise-level customers.
The upgraded dashboard automatically gives multi-location owners the ability to view metrics across all locations without having to log into separate dashboards.
Filter data by:
- Location
- Guest type (new/existing)
- Day, week, or month
With this enhanced view, you’ll be able to easily manage and more effectively measure each location.
(The Multi-location Brand Account is an add-on feature that is available for $500/month, or $25/month/location).
New Performance Metrics
We have some new metrics in the dashboard to help you better analyze performance.
Conversation Handle Rate – The best measure of success for a conversational AI services is how well it can understand what your guests are looking for and navigate them to it.
Booking Request Conversion – This metric tracks how often TrueLark is able to convert a booking request (provided there is availability!).
