Over the last several months we’ve had a lot of conversations with businesses about Lead Engage and gathered extensive feedback in the process. In response, we are excited to share that we’ve short-listed some updates that will significantly enhance reporting, user experience, and lead conversion.
Comprehensive Lead Conversion Data
To date, TrueLark has only been reporting lead conversion resulting from Lead Engage messages. Therefore, Lead Engage conversion metrics have not included off-platform bookings. With this update, Lead Engage reporting will include lead bookings and conversion from all the following:
- Leads booked by Lead Engage
- Leads booked manually via text (e.g. Business Messenger) – new
- Leads booked by your staff over the phone – new
- Leads booked through online booking – new
With this new update, Lead Engage will track and report ‘Campaign Status.’ Campaign Status will track several statuses as shown above.
Conversation Filtering by Campaign Status
Some leads need an extra push to get over the line. The Conversations feature now includes filters that allow you to easily find leads that engaged but need that extra human touch. Identify them, send them the extra info they need, and get them booked!
Campaign Status Reporting is now available to all businesses with Lead Engage.
