Restore Hyper Wellness, founded in Austin, Texas, in 2015, has pioneered the concept of Hyper Wellness with services that include cryotherapy, IV drip therapy, and red light therapy. As a rapidly growing franchise network, Restore is committed to making wellness accessible and affordable for everyone. In this customer success story, we spotlight Erik Geisler, CEO and Founder of five Restore locations in Brooklyn and Westchester, New York.

The Challenge

Mr. Geisler and his teams faced significant challenges in managing leads and phone calls across his Restore Hyper Wellness studios. Key issues included:

Not Clear What Was Working and What Wasn’t: There are many steps in the marketing funnel, starting from creating an ad to generate a lead all the way to getting the lead into the door. It was difficult to understand what was not working in this process. He was not sure whether it was the promos, the ad design, the leads, the follow-up process, the confirmation process or something else.
