The Problem
Blo Blow Dry Bar- Bloor West Village was closed and unable to offer services during COVID19. They were looking to generate revenue by selling products and not getting much traction with retail sales.
They tested out advertising on Facebook and sent out emails to clients, but we’re not getting a ton of interest on the ads and low open rates on the emails.
The Solution
Blo Blow Dry Bar utilized TrueLark’s Outreach feature to send text messages to their clients. The intent behind the message was to see how clients were doing and inform them of current retail promotions. Approximately 1,000 text messages were sent across four different campaigns.
The Results
“At least 16 or so clients reached out to us for deliveries. I was able to sell close to $1,000 in products so far since using TrueLark. I feel we can connect with our clients in real-time. Everyone sees their text messages in real-time as opposed to email. I feel their response time was quicker as well.”
