Re-appointments or re-bookings

Outreach to reappoint or rebook clients who have not come in for their regularly scheduled services and sends them a message to re-appoint them. Then schedules clients directly into the booking platform if they’re interested.

How it works

  • Pulls a list of clients who haven’t come in for a cleaning in 6 months, annual exam, fitness class, hair cut, etc. and send them a message to re-appoint them
  • Schedules patient directly into scheduling if they’re interested
Sample message:
“Hi Roger! We see that it’s been close to 6 months since the last time you were in for a
cleaning. Would you like to book another appointment? If so, when would you like to
come in?”
