Introducing Live Dashboard from TrueLark

TrueLark is coming up on it’s two year anniversary and boy has it been exciting! Thanks to the incredible support from the TrueLark community, here are a few things we’ve been able to accomplish for salons, spas, and fitness businesses throughout North America: 

  • Managed over 150,000 missed calls 
  • Booked over 50,000 appointments 
  • Shared information about thousands of services, memberships, and class-packs with customers 
  • Kept businesses and their customers informed and much more 

Along the way, we have received some great feedback and tons of feature requests. The single most popular ask was for a live summary of calls handled via TrueLark, indicating what each call was about and whether it required the business to follow-up with the caller. Today, I am happy to present our new Live Dashboard. The Live Dashboard allows you to: 

  1. See the calls you’ve missed and when 
  2. See what we’ve managed to do with each missed call 
  3. View chat transcripts for specific calls 

Oh and of course, it’s mobile-friendly, which means you can access this information on the go whether you are on your phone or computer! You can share this link with all your front desk staff so they can see what TrueLark has been sharing with a caller at any time.

The Live Dashboard is available for free to everyone on our Silver and Gold plans.
