Integrated Business and Live Dashboard
Get all your information in one place. Our live dashboard and business dashboard can now be accessed from one centralized location. Live dashboard conversations will now be available for 5 days.
The goal of this update is to make it easier to access at-a-glance, relevant info about a call, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks if a call cannot be handled by TrueLark.
Like them separate? Your current live dashboard isn’t going anywhere. Keep using the separated dashboards as you see fit.
Ability to mark a conversation as handled and unhandled
Clear delegation of tasks to your staff members. Keep conversations organized within your dashboard. Staff can now add notes to each conversation for crystal clear communication and better client experience.
The goal of this update is to bring attention to calls that require the business to directly follow-up with the guest when the guest is waiting to hear back.
